Taylor Swift's Trademarks: How to Find them ... She Owns A Lot!
Hello Reader,
Today we'll show you step by step how to look up all of Taylor Swift's Trademarks.
Trademark Search Breakdown:
First go to the USPTO's search link:
tmsearch.uspto.gov
Then copy and paste this EXACT code to find all of Taylor Swift's Trademarks that are filed, live, but not yet registered. If you are curious to see what she's planning or what's coming up, this is the code to use:
OW:("TAS RIGHTS MANAGEMENT") AND LD:true NOT RN:*
If you want to see all of her currently live and registered Trademarks, this is the code you enter:
OW:("TAS RIGHTS MANAGEMENT") AND LD:true AND RN:*
Let me break down each section:
OW: is the field tag we use to look up
owner information. The field tag must all be capitalized and will run the variable input that follows the ":"
In this case, for clarity, I put the name in ( ) to let the field tag know that everything in ( ) is the input and I put the " " outside the trademark holding company to look up the EXACT match for "TAS RIGHTS MANAGEMENT." Note that if an application was filed or registered as TAS RIGHT MANAGEMENT (without the "s" after right), then it will NOT pull up that trademark.
The
AND logical operator says to the system these terms must BOTH be satisfied.
The
LD: field tag finds whether the application/registration is
LIVE or DEAD. In this case, we want
LIVE applications to be "TRUE."
Finally, the last field tag:
RN looks for
Registration Number.
RN:* displays all registered Trademarks. In one line, we have NOT registered and in the other line it shows AND registered.

SCAM ALERT!
Our clients have been receiving mail, emails, and even phone calls soliciting "international" trademark registration or falsely stating that their Trademark registrations are due soon.
Recently our clients have been receiving emails that look like this:
You are free to delete and disregard these. We've noticed this and their sister companies have been aggressively going through business filings and trying to sell trademark services.
