Erin Bray handles new client consultation, trademark and copyright filings, office action responses, trademark ex parte appeals, copyright enforcement, and trademark enforcement. She also appears before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board to represent clients for opposition and cancellation proceedings. Ms. Bray has a B.A. in Political Science from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, and a J.D. from the Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to working full time for the Trademark Lawyer Law Firm, PLLC, Ms. Bray spent six years as in-house counsel for Rainglow Services, Inc. and five years with the American Red Cross of Montana. In her spare time, Ms. Bray enjoys spending time with her family gardening, hiking, camping, and ice skating, she is also a member of her local Symphony Chorale, and a Disaster and International Services volunteer with the American Red Cross Ms. Bray has a German-language working proficiency and received a Certificate of Mittlestufe II from Collegium Platinum, Heidelberg, Germany.
